These terms describe use of TX-IN AI Campaign Studio from TX-IN Digital & Design. Questions can be sent to support@tx-indigitaldesign.com.

Accounts and acceptable use

Keep credentials secure and provide accurate account information. Submit only content you are authorized to use. Do not attempt unauthorized access, bypass quotas or security controls, disrupt service, distribute malicious code, impersonate others, or use the studio for fraudulent or unlawful marketing.

AI output and your responsibility

AI-generated material may contain errors, omissions, bias, or content similar to other material. Output is not guaranteed to be accurate, unique, lawful, non-infringing, or suitable for a particular purpose. Review every claim, image, offer, permission, and marketing requirement before publication. You are responsible for decisions made using the output.

Intellectual property

You must have the rights and permissions needed for submitted content, brands, and materials. Submitting content allows processing by the studio and its providers to deliver the requested features. These terms do not transfer ownership of your input to TX-IN or grant rights in third-party materials. Do not assume generated output carries exclusive rights or qualifies for copyright protection.

Plans and recurring billing

Plans are Free, Creator at $19/month, and Pro at $49/month. Usage & Plan displays current allowances. Monthly quotas and short-term abuse limits apply. Accepted AI attempts can consume credits even if generation fails; image credits are used when image generation starts.

Paid subscriptions are billed through Stripe at the recurring charge shown in checkout before purchase. Monthly subscriptions renew unless canceled under the displayed terms.

Cancellation and refunds

Use Manage Billing to cancel an eligible subscription. Scheduled cancellation preserves eligible paid access through the displayed Access through date. Cancellation stops the applicable future renewal and is not itself a refund. Refund requests are separate; see our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

Availability and account restrictions

Maintenance, provider outages, quotas, and security controls can affect availability. There is no published uptime guarantee. Access may be restricted or suspended to address suspected abuse, security risks, nonpayment, or violations of these terms. Contact support if you believe a restriction is incorrect. For account closure requests, contact support; closure, subscription cancellation, and data deletion are separate matters.

Disclaimers and limitations

The service and generated materials are provided as available, without a promise of uninterrupted operation, error-free output, or a particular business result. Nothing here is intended to exclude obligations or rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. No monetary liability cap or dispute-resolution procedure is specified pending legal review.

Changes and legal review

Features and terms may be updated. Review the published date and terms before using new features or purchasing a subscription. Changes to recurring purchases remain subject to the terms disclosed at checkout and applicable requirements.

OWNER/LEGAL REVIEW REQUIRED: Governing law, dispute handling, and final liability language require a business-owner and legal decision before accepting live customer payments. No governing-law jurisdiction has been selected in this text.
