Account and login problems

Use the email associated with your account. Try Forgot password on the sign-in form and check your inbox and spam folder for authentication email. If security verification will not load, check your connection and browser settings before trying again.

Campaign generation problems

Include the approximate time, what you tried, and the error message. Check Usage & Plan for your allowance. Avoid repeated generation while troubleshooting: accepted attempts can consume credits even if generation fails. Keep a copy of your brief and redact confidential content from screenshots.

Billing, subscriptions, cancellation, and refund requests

Usage & Plan shows your subscription and allowances. Use Manage Billing when available to manage or cancel a subscription. Email support@tx-indigitaldesign.com with the charge date and amount for billing questions. See our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

Suspected unauthorized activity

If someone else may have accessed your account, reset your password and contact support. For an unrecognized charge, also contact your payment provider promptly. Never send passwords, authentication links, security codes, API keys, full card numbers, or payment credentials.
